When we gather in person, move our bodies with intention, and sit down to eat well, something shifts. We slow down, breathe more deeply, and remember what it feels like to belong, to ourselves and to a community.

No filters. No facades. Just real conversation, gentle movement and soul-nourishing food.

You value your time and wellbeing. You understand that your emotional, physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing is intrinsically connected. You value authenticity, real connections and experiences that embrace you. You are not interested in rote or one size fits all experiences.  You are keen for new experiences and open to meeting new people, learning from others, sharing stories and accepting differences. 

Most of all, you are prepared to receive, to let go of your roles, titles and responsibilities and to just be. You’re open to being gently nurtured, whether it’s a nourishing head or shoulder massage, a guiding hand to support a yoga pose or being served without participation.

Movement at Meet Move Eat is life-enhancing, not exhausting. It’s designed to gently awaken the body, bring energy to stiff or tired joints, stretch dormant muscles and support overall vitality, regardless of age or fitness level.

At the heart of Meet Move Eat is a simple belief: your wellbeing matters. Taking care of your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health becomes deeply life-enhancing when done in the company of others. Our retreats are intentionally social, gently active and deeply nourishing, designed to meet you where you are.
