At Meet Move Eat, we gather to move, breathe, and connect – no filters, no facades, just real people showing up for each other.
We offer three ways to join us:
Chair Yoga & Coffee – a gentle Saturday morning gathering for everyone, men and women welcome.
The Exhale — a spacious 2.5 hour mini retreat for busy men and women of all ages.
The Long Exhale – a full day restorative experience for men & women 50+
The best thing you can do for your health might just be showing up with other people.
