It might feel like cardboard some mornings. Or a rubber band that’s been in a drawer too long. But underneath that? There’s still a five-year-old in there who loved to move just for the sheer fun of it.
Meet Move Eat is for people who want to find that again.
We bring together movement, great food, and real community, not as a program for people falling apart, but as a celebration of what’s possible when you stop taking your body so seriously and start having a laugh with it. Wobbly warrior pose? Perfect. Can’t touch your toes? So what? Show up as you are, and we’ll move from there.
Because here’s the thing: staying mobile, staying connected, and staying curious isn’t something that happens to you. It’s something you choose. Why not choose to do it with people who also have a five-year-old busting to get out and have a laugh.

A gathering, not a class
At Meet Move Eat, we run two kinds of experiences. Both are designed to get you moving, with a smile.
Chair Yoga & Coffee – a gentle Saturday morning gathering. No mat required, no experience needed. Just show up, move a little, and stay for the coffee.

The Seriously Social Exhale – a full day retreat for men and women. Movement with rest, a divine head massage, spa, nourishing food, good people. A rare day that belongs entirely to you.
Our mission is simple: create spaces where movement and connection become the best part of your week. Wellness isn’t a performance here. It’s a practice – shared, imperfect, and genuinely enjoyable.
Because if you’re young at heart and want to stay vital, the recipe isn’t complicated. Move your body. Take yourself less seriously. Get out of your head. Find your people. Eat something delicious.
