Every Saturday at 7am.  For men & women – all ages. 
Lycra optional. Laughter encouraged. 

The world feels loud right now. News cycles run hot, anxiety creeps in, and it’s easy to lose touch with the simple things – your breath, your body, your neighbours.

Meet Move Eat, in collaboration with M|Arts Cafe, is bringing it back to basics with Chair Yoga & Coffee — every Saturday morning from 7–8am.

Chair yoga is for every body. Whether you’re working with limited mobility, managing an injury, or simply looking for a gentler way to move – there’s a place for you here. Our two qualified instructors, Lis & Bry, will guide you through a seated yoga session followed by a short meditation to set you up for the weekend. And if you want to bring your mat – we’ll help guide you there too.

Chair or mat – the option is yours (just bring your own mat).

Then?
Coffee. Conversation. Community.

$10pp gets you the full session plus a coffee of your choice.

No booking required — just show up. We have a serious dress code: wear whatever you are comfortable in. And bring a throw or small rug if you need some cushioning or feel the cold. 
Cash and card accepted on the day.
